Aamir Lutfallah Mustafa Iskander grew up between two worlds: Brunei, where he was born, and Australia, where he was raised and educated. His father served as the Ambassador of Brunei to Australia and built a respected business portfolio, setting a standard of service and enterprise that shaped Aamir’s outlook from an early age.
Before entering the family company, Aamir practiced as a family therapist in Sydney for five to seven years. That experience honed his ability to listen deeply, resolve conflict, and design systems that help people thrive — skills he now applies to culture, governance, and strategy.
Following his father’s passing from multiple sclerosis three years ago, stewardship of the business transitioned to Aamir. He inherited the enterprise and today serves as Chief Executive Officer of Prime Interpart, focusing on continuity of values, disciplined growth, and long-term partnerships.
At 45 and single, Aamir leads with calm intent: protect the legacy, invest in people, and build for the next generation.
